Payment Plan For my original oil paintings: I offer payment plans for those of you who know a piece is meant for you and would like to pay in installments. Contact me so we can set that up for you.

Shipping & Handling

Unmounted or framed Print Shipped Rolled in a usually shipped in a sturdy corrugated shipping tube.

It may take several weeks to ship Overseas, and I cannot be held responsible for postal delays.

Purchasers are responsible for duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. The price of the item or shipping does not include VAT tax.

Unmounted or framed Print usually shipped in a sturdy corrugated shipping tube.

All items over $100 will be sent with Signature Delivery. Someone will need to sign for the package at delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please note that computer monitors can display colors differently and what you see on your screen might vary a bit from the print or painting you receive.

While our return policies  are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience is a positive one.

No returns or refunds on digital downloads, CD’s and MP3.

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

No returns or refunds accepted except when an item arrives damaged. In such a occurrence, you will receive a replacement of that same item after the item has been returned to us.

The buyer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to the Gallery.

We reserve the right to not accept a return.

Return Policy For Paintings: All sales are final.

Returns on paintings only accepted if the item is damaged and you will receive a store credit. Paintings must be returned within 3 days for a full refund, excluding shipping and insurance. Item must be protected and packaged well in its original shipping.

Please include your receipt. Insure work for the full value with “tracking.”

Returns lost or damaged in return shipping will not be refunded.

The buyer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to the Gallery. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking fee.

Copyright text is not seen on print or painting.

I retain all the rights to my products,  reproductions on sold originals. Rights do not transfer with sale of the original piece.

When you buy a print, jewelry or painting from me you are buying only the item, not any reproduction rights for it. All art is (c)Eileen Anglin. All rights reserved solely by the artist. Images are not to be re-distributed, copied, imitated, or misappropriated in any way. If you are in any way unsure of the legal rights retained by the artist following the sale of the work, or are purchasing this artwork with the intention of re-selling this work you must be aware of the Visual Artists Rights Act.
